Fort Hagen Prydwen Flyover Fix

Did you know you can just skip the Prydwen arriving in The Commonwealth if you leave Fort Hagen through the parking garage or the hatch on the roof after killing Kellogg? It creates all sorts of neat quest awkwardness like the commonwealth having a collective hallucination about an airship that doesn’t yet exist. It seems kind of like a major oversight, especially since the only way to proceed the BoS after that is to go back to Fort Hagen, run through the entire interior, take an elevator back out, and then use a computer to unlock the roof access. Super weird, not for me. So I made a mod to fix it.

FEATURES

Makes sure all exits from Fort Hagen can trigger the Prydwen flyover.
Expands the fast travel ban zone to ensure players can’t skip the flyover by fast traveling out of the parking garage. (This zone is only active for the flyover.)
Marked as a light plugin (esl-flagged esp) for minimal impact on load orders.
