All Vaults Have Exterior Door Controls

Have you ever noticed that only about half of the vaults have exterior door controls? That would be Vaults 81, 88, 114, and 118. How convenient that all of the vaults you’re locked out of have controls you can plug your Pip-Boy into. Oddly, none of the rest have them. So I figured I would rectify that.
