Automatron Factory Fix

Apparently the intersection where you find Jackson’s Caravan is not the only part of the Commonwealth that Automatron has left haunted. The old prewar General Atomics Factory has the same problem! The sounds of static filling the area, with no source to be found! Honestly it’s quite irritating, so I fixed it.

FEATURES

• Disables the radio on the Mechanist’s Eyebot, while the eyebot is disabled. This way you do not hear random sourceless static while wandering the factory.
• Marked as a light plugin (esl-flagged esp) for minimal impact on load orders.
