No Brotherhood of Steel Loot From the Forged

Apparently, the Forged get their supplies from the Brotherhood of Steel. It’s pretty common for them to be wearing field scribes’ hats, even when the Brotherhood of Steel hasn’t shown up in the Commonwealth yet. Personally, I feel like this was an oversight. So I fixed it.

FEATURES

Replaces “field scribe’s hat” in the Forged leveled lists with a raider gas mask instead.
Carries forward a fix from the unofficial patch that removes a piece of full body armor from the same helmet leveled list. (Does not require the unofficial patch)
Marked as a light plugin (esl-flagged esp) for minimal impact on load orders.
