Restore Worldspace Environment Maps

Does Fallout 4 look surprisingly dry when it’s raining? Perhaps you’ve noticed that it feels off, but not noticed why? Or maybe you haven’t noticed anything at all and this is news to you. Whatever the case, a lot of load orders feature rain that is a lot less “wet” than even an unmodified copy of the game will be. I know mine certainly was!

• Restores the worldspace environment map texture that the game uses to make things look wet in the rain.
• Adds the enviroment map texture to Nuka World worldspaces, just in case you use a weather mod that allows rain there.
